• · Bring three tops in solid colors, including one you would wear to meet your best client.
• · Steam everything the night before.
• · Necklines matter more than anything else in a headshot.

Brand materials

• · Bring the tools of your work: laptop, samples, notebook, apron, camera.
• · If you have brand colors, send them to me before the session.

Shot list

• · We plan for one strong headshot, two working shots, and one wide image for your site header.
• · Tell me where the images will be used — that changes how I frame them.

Team preparation

• · Stagger arrival times 10 minutes apart to avoid a waiting room.
• · Share the wardrobe guidance with the whole team.
• · Budget 15 minutes per additional person.
